Last of Our Kind is a 4-piece metal band from Southern California. Since their inception in 2018, the band, comprised of Tripp Taylor (vocals), Daniel Maldonado (guitar), Adrian Terriquez (bass), and Elias Terriquez (drums), has been making waves in the Southern California metal scene.

In 2021, Last of Our Kind introduced themselves with their self-titled EP, produced by Jordan Lockrey, formerly of the band Carnifex. The EP showcased their raw energy and eclectic sound, laying the groundwork for what was to come.

The band's debut album "Deepwoods," released in 2022, produced by Aaron Chaparian of Iron Audio, further solidified their reputation for delivering heavy riffs and emphatic rhythms behind powerful, introspective lyrics within the metal genre.

Last of Our Kind released their EP "Mental Anguish" in 2023, once again teaming up with producer Aaron Chaparian. The EP showcased the band's evolution, delving deeper into their emotional landscapes while maintaining their signature intensity and authenticity.
